 Before his star began to fade and ultimately fizzle out, it was clear that John Edwards really had it bad. He truly wanted to help the poor, and he was passionate about it. That much we could see. Joe Bidden, Dennis Kucinich, Bill Richardson, and a host of other now forgetful “also-rans” well, they were just happy enough if we could kindly acknowledge their presence on the stage every now and then. Ultimately, this race would not be about them anyway, and despite the entire repertoire of disgraceful rancor that his many passionate opponents sought to cast in his direction, Obama’s message never faltered one bit throughout the campaign.  Read More:
